We have to admit while scrolling through our social media feed we sigh when we see pretty girls with “Perfect Body” and wish we could have it. But on second thought what is the Perfect Body? Do we have a set definition? Or does it depend from people to people?
ViaAfter all, beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder! Is a curvy body ideal? Or is beanpole the ideal shape?
ViaThanks to the researchers from the University of Texas, scientifically women who are fertile, have a capacity for bearing off-springs and have good s$x appeal from the opposite gender which helps in procreation and evolution are ideal. Scientists further reveal for a female the Perfect Body should have the height 1.68 meters or 5’5″. The expected bust-waist has to be 99-63-91cm or 39-25-36inches. This goes without saying, this is the expected measurements without surgeries or alterations!
ViaYou might think there would hardly be a female matching these criteria, but there is one woman in this world today who matches all the conditions of the Perfect Body. She is Kelly Brooks, model-actress-and TV personality.
ViaIt is told that each part of her body, including hair, face, breasts and hips were a part of the research and she topped all these areas. Here’s a picture to show you how amazing and desirable she really looks!
ViaKelly recalls how the fashion industry called her too “Too plump.” and not desirable for being a model as they prefer stick figures with no height or girth. Well, how the tables have turned! It’s a direct hit back at all those who called her unfit to be a model. She’s now the perfect woman with the perfect measurements men and women look for in today’s world.
ViaThe scientists of the University of Texas went through a lot of backlash from the feminists though for defining the “Perfect Body” because according to them why should there be a certain criterion for being perfect. Everyone is perfect in their own way. However, they have also received appreciation from others for finally putting an end to the doubt one has regarding a Perfect Body and how it’s the “Curvy Body” which has been seen as desirable and perfect over the sticky thin body shapes promoted in the fashion industry.
ViaHowever, this definition is certainly not fixed. Because over time our perception of the “Perfect Body” will change. The definition of beauty and perfection hence is forever changing.
Below is a video to show how our idea of beauty and a Perfect Body has changed over time!
